Online Therapy with a Clinical Psychologist

How it works

  • I work with adults who feel stuck and want help to make sense of what is getting in the way. This can include but is not limited to helping people who experience:

    • Symptoms of low mood, irritability or lack of energy and motivation often referred to as depressed.

    • Feelings of restlessness, constantly thinking about what could go wrong or feeling like the worst case scenario is about to happen at any given moment.

    • Flashbacks of a traumatic event or feel like things are too overwhelming and don’t feel able to calm down or control emotions to the point where they might avoid others and activities that they used to enjoy but can’t seen to bring themselves to do anymore.

    • Work related stress, worrying about the consequences of taking time off, feel like there is no point anymore and loose the motivation to keep working.

Whatever you want to bring, I'm here to support you.

  • Good to know:

    • Location: Sessions take place online, ensuring flexibility and accessibility from the comfort of your home.

What Will Happen in a Session?

    • A Safe Space: Each session is a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.

    • Collaborative Approach: Therapy is a partnership. We'll work together to understand your challenges and identify ways forward.

    • Tailored to You: Our conversations will be guided by your goals, needs, and preferences.

    • Tools and Strategies: Where appropriate, I may suggest techniques or exercises you can use between sessions to support your progress.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Therapy is different for everyone. Some people find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer longer-term support. We can review your progress regularly to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.
