Therapy Sessions

Starting online therapy can be daunting and studies have shown that one of the most important to successful therapy is having a good relationship with your therapist.

To help with this process therapy will take on three phases: initial consultation, understanding you, and working on it.

Initial Consultation

Free

Before agreeing to start therapy together, it is helpful to know what brought you to seek support. During this consultation, I will ask some questions to better understand your concerns and goals for therapy and decide together if we are a good fit. The consultation can be organised over the phone or video call.

Understanding You

£110 per session

Once the consultation is complete and we have set goals, it’s important to build a relationship and understanding of what is happening for you. During this phase we focus on creating a shared understanding of who you are. This is often called a “formulation”.

Working on it

£110 per session

The last phase of our work together is using what we know from the formulation and the goals we have set to create a tailored intervention that is evidence-based and helps you to remove what is getting in your way and keeping you feeling stuck.
